Linux Desktop Environment Tier List

A quick tier list of linux desktop environments. Hopefully I ruffle a few more feathers : )

The brazilian linux channel Diolinux said something similar about KDE, he said that he liked the DE, the ideas and workflow but he though that some of KDEs biggest problems are the fact that it is very inconcistent (in terms of user experience) and the fact that very few distros do ship it as a flagship DE aside from maybe SUSE, Kubuntu and KDE Neon
Also he said something very true, you hear a lot of people loving KDE but equally the amount of people who say that is bugged or just straight didn't work well on their setups, compared to GNOME that not everyone may like it but rarely you read people saying it is bugged and it is way more consistent across distros
