Thanks Dr. Gundry, this video is very helpful. I have gradually be evolving to a diet plan that includes fasting. I fast between dinner and breakfast a minimum of 16 hours. I work at keeping fruit at a minimum and in season. I use to get concerned about somewhat large fluctuations in weight. But after this video it will no longer bother me. I fluxuate between 186 to 194 now. 194 in the late summer and early fall to as low as 186 by spring. Since I eat fruit in season, I can now see why that happens. I have been following the Plant Paradox since March 2017. I weight 250 lbs in the beginning with a host of problems, high blood pressure, incontinence, chronic fatigue, brain fog, insomnia, low energy, pre diabetes. This was despite eating what I thought was a healthy diet and exercising nearly every day. Your approach has nearly eliminated all my issues. Sorry about losing your house.

This video was very helpful to me. I did not notice Dr. Gundry's weight gain. I just know, on a couple of videos, I thought "wow he is really thin." It is very comforting for me to hear Dr. Gundry say the fluctuation of weight is a natural thing. Previously I read where you were doomed if you "yo-yo." I have always wondered how anybody can successfully "stick" to any specific eating program endlessly. It feels to me like, from time to time, I just have to eat some of my old normal junk (popcorn?!). I'm not suggesting that Dr. Gundry did this, but I would like to see an eating program provide off time guidance, instructing a bit on the lesser of the evils. For example, when I'm in a restaurant that does not have organic or grass-fed beef but I want to eat meat, am I better off choosing chicken, beef or farm raised fish? One thing I know for sure is that I will ALWAYS include a packet of Gundry's Tri Trim tablets when I'm going rogue. It's a little bit like a "get out of jail free" card. Temptations abound and I'm glad Dr. Gundry works toward solutions for real people and real life. I think I've tried nearly all the diets out there, and this is as close to perfect as I've found. My health has greatly improved over the last year by following Dr. Gundrys advise and using the supplements.

I've seen a video of wheat grass in one of your videos, so I stopped taking it. However, I'm still eating organic Spirulinia powders in my diet. I was wondering if it is alright to eat them.

Glad to hear you read this comments - i have a question that I havent seen answered - what is your opinion on canabis? do we have enough science/research available at this point for us to REALLY know if this is helping or hurting us? How does canabis affect our digestion? How does it affect our bodies abilities to fight off toxins? I would love to hear you comment on this in one of your videos. Im a big fan of the "Gundry Way" so thank you for all you've done for this community!

Hi Dr. Gundry. I’m glad you’re doing well. I have a question as far as what are your thoughts on people who exercise and drink an occasional post-workout whey protein shake? Would you consider it a good source of protein to build muscle, and is it healthy for the body? P.s. Protein powder supplements that are sold from stores like GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, etc.

Very interesting video! The conclusion is that you don't have to be careful all the time to maintain your "ideal" weight. It is important to alternate gaining weight (eating fruits) with fasting (not eating fruits and increasing the between-meals period) in order to stress a bit your body.

I am a lot more physically active during the summer and always loose the 5 to 7 pounds I gain over winter. I always considered it normal.
This summer I purposely skip breakfast when I'm not hungry as well, after all why eat if not hungry?
