Hey ya'll! In this video, I'm showing you my go-to warm up routine for pole dancing! I ALWAYS warm up before I do any type of dancing or pole dancing. This tutorial is for beginner, intermediate and advanced pole dancers to help you stretch, condition your muscles and prepare your body for your pole dance session! I always use this stretch and warm up routine for myself whenever I'm pole dancing or teaching pole dance classes. If you're new to pole dancing or new to stripping, check out these exercises to help tone your body, stretch, and build the strength you need to perform the way you want to! These exercises will also help to prepare you for more advanced pole dancing tricks and spins.
