‼️When I purchase from StockX, I too take photos of the box and the opening of the box. I take photos of the sneakers I received as well as videos. I also send my sneakers through another authentication process, to make sure they are authentic. If I sell a sneaker, I always take videos and detailed photos before I send my sneakers off for sale. One day, I believe they tried an advance to deny my sneakers until I jump the head of everything and told them that I have proof and I sent them photos and everything of my sneaker for sale, and then they changed their tune. you have to cover yourself to not allow them to have a way out.

Bro I feel ya, I take pictures and videos of all of the shoes I pack up before I send it to stock X. That’s actually saved me a few times!! I sold a asics X marvel silver surfer and the box was sealed they charged me $15 and said they were unable to authenticate the size even tho I sent them the physical shipping receipt from KITH and the a printout of my email confirmation clearly stating the size. After about a week and a half of back and forth and sending pictures of receipts that I already included they finally agreed it was their mistake and told me to send the shoe back which I did and issued a payout which I’m still waiting for, fingers crossed they include the bogus $15 charge for their mistake. Which I doubt they will.

StockX got exposed a while back for some of their sneakers being reps I honestly feel bad for anyone who spent thousands of dollars on sneakers they thought were legit crazy times we’re living in might as well cop reps for a more reasonable price and same quality

Buy on stock x, sell on goat. That's been my philosophy for years. Stockx prices are usually lower, so of course I'll buy from them, and goat's prices are usually higher so obviously I'll sell there to make more money. All for the same shoes lol pretty bogus what they did to you, and on top of it had the audacity to charge you the $15! Take my humble advice and only sell on goat (alias) from now on. You'll make more money and won't have to encounter any bs like stockx pulled.

Just bought my first pair of shoes off of stock x and when I received them the on one of the shoes the laces were laced all wacked and the other had so many defectives from the stitching and toe box creasing it’s probably quality control issue from Nike but I don’t understand how they gave you a hard time about selling your shoe but okayed my seller, makes no sense definitely never buying from them ever again

Listen I’m not big on stockX, I avoid them when i can. But if you have no before pics, I’m not tryna hear it. Your swoosh is all scuffed up too, theyre worn lol. I have the same pair in white and they’re too big, worn 3x. And they don’t look that bad. They did more than crease the toe, OR you did more than you say or remember.

Yeah definitely your bad for storing Kicks in clear plastic cases, then attempting to sell them as DS . For all the new idiots who don’t understand what Deadstock means : new, never tried on, unworn, never touched or only touched for photos . That is the true meaning of a *DS* sneaker which people nowadays seem to not realize .

I get where u coming from but for me I've been using stock x to buy and haven't had any problems in the past 6 years I've been using them. Knock on wood. Each person is different and everyone has there own stories. Each area prob deals with a diff stock x verification center as well. I live here in NJ. Thanks God I've never had no problems and have just made a couple big purchases so I'm lucky. I've never sold on there.

Keeping them in that clear case fucked em up I’m afraid light is your enemy and humidity your location if it was real dry heat could have curled up the toe box but I feel you but would you want that shoe to be delivered as new?

Went through the same thing with Jordan 4 reimagined.... The whole top of the box was ripped, as if someone was trying to catch the box as it was falling and ripped the lid. I sold 2 more shoes with them, recorded the box and shoes and packaging just in case. Afterwards, I deleted my account.

And this is after I've sold about 100 pair of shoes. Like I don't know the expectations.
