Bought a simple $100 Travis shirt, said it got delivered but was home the whole time and even have a Ring camera and nothing ever came. Contacted StockX and they said nothing could be done without a police report.... for a $100 shirt. Police report wasn’t even applicable

It makes my blood boil so much whenever my t shirts get sent back to me and charge my bank account whenever the authenticity sweatshop workers call my shit “it has an odor” or “the lint is out of proportion which means it has wear” and people get by with getting fakes accepted WTF?

Their customer service is awful. The only way to protect you is have a good credit card company behind you.

My Experience: I bought a pair of Jordan 1 hyper crimsons from stock x. When they came in the white “Nike air” logo you would see on the liner where your heel touches the shoes was half scraped off. Like parts of the logo were balled up and all over the shoe. I was actually confused as to what that was because it was my first pair of Jordan’s. Once I figured out what it was I tried to return them. As their policy states they don’t do returns but rather suggest you resell them to get you money back. So I listed them and tried to sell them on stock x. Found a buyer, and guess what? IT FAILED TO PASS THEIR INSPECTION BECAUSE OF THAT SAME ISSUE WITH THE LOGO. So it passed through the first time but not when I try to sell it? I tried them on one time to see if they fit, they were not worn at all, no other issues. I have since only ordered from GOAT with no issues. Fuck stock x.

Glad this gets recognition. I bought off white air forces and the stitching was so off it was atrocious. The shoes were also scuffed up but were labeled as dead stock and not used.

I made my first stockx purchase today and now am just hearing about these horror stories and it has me so paranoid. Its frustrating that I cant even cancel my order before the seller ships them
