Christian Resistance to Tyranny

In the face of the Covid-19 "pandemic" pretext, many Christians are being told by ignorant and cowardly preachers and pastors, and some even by government tyrants themselves -- that Romans 13 requires their willing submission to government mandates that trample the rights and duties bestowed by Almighty God. To the contrary: Romans 13 is a wonderful statement of LIMITED government, showing that civil government is ONLY authorized to do what God prescribes in His word, the Bible, and that when rulers become a terror to good works rather than to evil, they must be resisted by God's people.

Good man Sam - never met you brother but you and Chuck Baldwin are amongst my favourite preachers. In NI where we live the preachers are by and large silent on the matter... bar one or two exceptions. I judge a preacher by his boldness in the defence of the faith and humility before God. Can you please lead me to a sermon on rightly dividing the word of Truth. I'm about to have a meeting with some dear friends that believe Peters message was for the Jews and Paul was for the Gentiles. I understand the basic premise on the interpretation from the original text, making it straight, not dividing it left and right but I'm looking for more help.
