I once found 3 limited edition leica m6 ttl version, the store owner wanted to throw it out and I begged them not to do it, they wanted to give them to me for free and even pay me so they dont have to deal with them. Needless to say, the whole thrift store clapped after I took them

I was in a camera store years ago and this fella came in with a Leica M2 with a collapsable 50 F2 Summicron and he paid 6$ at an estate sale. I looked at him and said you didn’t have the nerve to offer her $5 eh!!! He said no he put down the $6 and left quickly. She said it was just her husband’s old camera. Quite the find you guys got. That’s why I usually ask if they have any old cameras at garage sales.😊 Regards Gerry

Worst decision of his life - to shoot on all of it and just fuck up the condition (jk, just save the M4 cuz of the bulkiness and beat go for R4, it’s a really cool camera)
