We’re reversing our trad’ colour scheme to duck egg blue with light walls, as we’re fed up with white skirting boards with darker walls, as the white gets discoloured over time and looks grimey. It seems to make it look more earthy and relaxing with darker skirting boards and airier with light (honeysuckle) walls.

What kind of paint did you use for the hinges?

Try removing one hinge at a time and use a krylon spray paint next time
