Step 1: take 30 minutes to edge and mark out details. Step 2 pretend you didn’t take as long doing step 1.

I love this! My mom taught me this technique when I was six years old. Get the roller full of paint, do a big W on the wall, then go to it. Ahhhh, 1968...

It's great to see you cut in edges first and continually blend the paint. I see so many amateurs cut in after and then you get to see the brush strokes!!

I’m just amazed at that coverage with one coat. I must have been buying the cheapest paint possibly 😂 lesson learned, don’t go cheap with paint

its a 100% wool roller cover people, they always sound like that, cover more and splatter way less (if at all) than the $5.99 polyester blend your used to. They start at roughly $13 for a 9", clean easier and last longer. When i worked in paint this is how we instructed people to paint, albeit not as fast. In fact, the back of paint cans used to tell you to use an "M" or "W" pattern and fill in.

In my country the painter take 3 days and eat 4 dinner and smoke 3 packets of cigarettes and 2 boys to help him to finish this one 😂😂🇩🇿

My Anxiety: Don’t you wanna dip in the paint one more time?

Sure, as long as you don't count the prep and edging, just the coverage of the clear, easily coated portion, 60 seconds.

I must admit the paint has a great coverage. 👍

Perfectly doable as long as you backroll the area like 5 times. Most painters do however prefer a 9" nap as these 18" rollers create more holidays and ropes in the paint. I've done this method before, it's really nothing special, lots of commercial painters do paint this way though in big open areas where they need work done quick. If you wanna paint this way all the time though expect things to be messy and expect a good workout. If you do this in a customers home it better be empty or things better be covered cause the sprinkles go everywhere.

You’ll never see more hate in the comments section than when you come across one of these trade/construction videos 😂😂

It would be cool to show a better/closer view on how much paint was put on the roller for it to be able to hit that whole wall without having to go back and add more. Maybe I was worrying too much about having paint dripping off my roller because I swear I don't remember being able to do a whole wall in 1 dip.

Who needs to watch satisfying carpet cleaning when you have this?

Great job! That huge roller helps too. The edging is the hardest part and takes up the most time.
