A lot of people liked the wooden lines non-painted, but I was glad you painted them. Otherwise, it would’ve been too much wood and it will clash with other wooden furniture.

Looks great, —— tip for outlet——if you want that outlet flush with the new trim you can get longer machine screws size 6/32 and some spacers( I use over sized nuts as my spacers 1/4 in nuts work great) remove the cover plate unscrew the outlet from the wall replace it with your new longer screws and pop in the spacers(oversized nuts) and refasten it and put the cover plate back on.
