Have you ever noticed when you train with treats that your dog either stares at your hand or the treat bag instead of you?

Gracie, in labrador fashion, is quite the foodie and is a very food motivated pup! Dogs with high food drive make for fun training and fast learning, but if you're not careful you may be shaping a dog who is getting more and more fixated on the "treat hand" - which can be frustrating later when your dog knows there is "no treat in it for them" and choose not to listen!
