I thought the same. If an American is put in place of these guys they will negotiate but Indians will see it like gods blessing and accept even it means a reduction in salary . This will inspire more Indians to strive to reach there as well. Good talent at cheap rates

What you said is so true. As an Indian we are not really happy to see these bright minds that are running businesses built by others. Lets not forget what Idi Amin did to Indians living in Uganda.. he told Indians to leave the country because he believed Indians are taking over everything and Ugandans are not getting opportunities. I agree partially that in India the labour is cheaper. But an Indian in US earns almost the same salary as an American in US for the same job role in these tech companies. Else, the average Indian American wouldn’t be higher than national average.
