Like 2 years ago i had a horrible attention span and had a damaged dopamine system but now i fixed it i think. I only watch short form content for like 5 minutes then get bored because it's kinda pointless. I can go like 5 hours without being on my phone. And i go outside way more. How i did these things was i just realized that life is way more fun when your not glued on a screen 24/7

I have to work on this. I have a decent attention span and I usually eat my lunch without watching something because I have to go to tution classes immediately so I should be quick. But my screen time is still very unhealthy.

To be fair I usually eat alone, so my options are either watching some YT or looking around the restaurant like a dumbass 😂
