Cool suggestion for Alma (Kinda): It teleports you into a maze like halt teleport you into a hallway but the maze is randomly generated and the longer you stay the worse it gets, Its filled to the brim with random holes to the void etc but Alma's ability being halucinations. If you stay here the more you hallucinate. You hallucinate of entities spawning and etc etc. Its hard to differ which are real and which are not but the fake one's will have a much louder sound then the real ones. You will have to jump over holes with bear traps at the bottom and some of the holes can also be hallucinations.
Edit: In Addition to that guiding light will help you but soon throughout because of the hallucinations guiding light will start flickering or disappear. This will also give a purpose to the HORSE

I think Alma could be a great "ghost" entity, as in, when a player dies in anyway it haunts people similarly to the Lookman, dealing less damage
Alternatively, with alma appearing as a ghost-like entity, it could appear only for someone who may have caused another player to die (for example by minecart, taking a closet before someone, etc), to haunt them, going away temporarily after taking vitamins

4:46 Imagine if the frames don’t change but they do eventually and when they do, it’s a danger sign and you have to look an it or something and it gets faster with changing if you mess up.
5:28 maybe shadows or transitioning from a shadowy area to a lit up area while in line of sight or field of view.

here's something i randomly thought of, what if Alma was the OPPOSITE of lookman? what i mean is, what if you had to LOOK at Alma instead of looking away? (its kinda like grace i know) but it would be kewl
