Thanks for this vid! It's nice to know there are others out there in 3D who struggle with depression and don't feel motivated or creative all the time. Exercise, in any form, is probably the best thing you can do for your mind when it's in a rut. Unfortunately the hardcore antidepressants I'm on make it impossible to do more than walk but I sure do miss going for a run to feel inspired

That was pretty good, I, m a combat Vet and I started to do 3d modelling but sometimes I lose my inspiration do to sometime thinking about the war in the middle of modelling something. I find modelling 3d relaxing for me, I move to an Island in the Caribbean Dominican Republic to be exact it is beautiful here but even though I lose my inspiration of doing any modelling, I know your recommendation are pretty good but for and old Vet what else would you recommend. Thanks and keep up the good work.
