thank you Jill. Before coming across your channel I felt defeated.
I suffered with acne for 12 years and went on the birth control pill two years ago .
I only came off the pill a week now and was so scared that my jawline acne would come back but now I'm optimistic .
I came off gluten, dairy and reduced my sugar intake .i take multi vit, fish oil, milk thistle and i drink some of the herbal teas you recommended. Giving myself three months to see if my skin will stay clear.
