Learn about ALL the stages of Demodog, and the reason that Dustin Henderson's D'artangan was different than all the others.

Dart, also known as D'artagnan, was a small creature originating from The Upside Down discovered by Dustin Henderson, rummaging for food in a trash can. Little did Dustin know at the time, his new pet was only in the first stage of it's metamorphosis, and if unchecked, would soon grow into the terrifying monster that plagued Hawkins less than one year before: The Demogorgon.

Dart is just one member of an entire army of Demodogs raised to attack Hawkins in 1984. In this video I'll go over their ENTIRE history, analyze each stage or form of their metamorphosis (their transformation from tiny slug to terrifying demogorgon) and take a deeper look at their biology using comparisons to some similar creature from our world.

I'll also fully explain their connection to the 3 Musketeers chocolate bar, how they all worked together as a hive mind, and discuss their assault on the Hawkins Lab and how the humans they came up against were really able to escape. I'll even highlight the parallels between Dustin's situation with Dart, and the 1984 film: Gremlins.

This video will focus on the pack seen in Season 2 of Stranger Things, and other videos will cover related topics like the original Demogorgon and the pack leader: The Mind Flayer.

Would've loved to see Dustin have his own personal Demogorgon guardian as he raised Dart and cared for him.

Dart was such a great Demo-Dog! It was emotional seeing it and Dustin reuniting in its final moments before it got cut off from The Mind Flayer. Part of me wishes Dart would’ve survived, but it was a truly great story arc while it lasted.

As a lab worker, we do put the postdissect rats/mice in the refrigerator. For that part, it is pretty scientifically accurate. But we only put them there for later disposal..

Theory: The species could be part of the Graboids species (Graboids from tremors) I say that because, Graboids have no eyes and has a kind of a beak like the Demos. Like the Demohounds, Graboids 2nd form are like a demo dog and demo hound, they are in a demo hound shape except they have no arms and have 2 legs they stand on. Graboids 3rd form, are a demo dog shape, they are called an “A$$ Blaster” also the 2nd graboid forms name is “Shrieker”, but the A$$ Blasters get their name from fire coming from their, butt… it sends the, into the air, which makes him glide. The 1st form for Demo Dog, could be the 5th, Demo Dog 2, 6th form, Demo 2, 7th. It’s the same for anything else I forgot, the demo could be the 8th or 9th.
