I did mine with vine ripe tomatoes sliced 1/4 inch and kosher salt. 150° for 6-8 hours. No Italian seasoning.

Don't use the word sun-dried call it as it is oven dried not near as good

Sun dried might taste better because all the insects that get stuck on them, spit, lay eggs and poo on them 😂. I’ ll stick to the oven

You don't need to use sea salt! ALL salt is sea salt, and no one can taste the difference, anyway, as it's ALL sodium chloride.
