Gennaro’s taking us back to his childhood with his traditional method of creating and preserving his very own Sun Dried tomatoes! Drying tomatoes in the sun is something people have been doing it for centuries, and how beautiful to have the tomatoes slowly kissed by the sun over a few warm summer days?!
Please note, when leaving the tomatoes outside, we recommend covering them with a cloth.
