Always tied loops by hand in the past, but bought myself one of these loop tyers and one of the prong type loop sizers last year. Generally been using this type for hooklengths and the sizer for everything else. It's ridiculous how satisfying having neat, uniform loops is.

I tried them myself. I find it far easier to buy ready made hooklengths and by doing this I'm helping keep someone in a job..
