"Cheesy" cauliflower bites. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut up 1 cauliflower head and coat with 2 tbl oil, 1 tsp garlic salt, & 1/4c nutritional yeast. Bake for 1 hour flipping once at the 30 minute mark. THESE ARE AMAZING. This recipe got me obsessed with nutritional yeast.

In a high speed blender add:

As much nutritional yeast as you want
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 package of drained firm tofu
Add any spices you want

It will create a creamy sauce you can bake in quiche and it's great to pour over hot pasta!!! Play around with it and the possibilities are endless!!!

I'm a 3 month old vegan in my 60's. Just started using it in the last couple of weeks and I'm loving it. In fact I use the exact brand you had on this video. I'm sharing your video with friends who are seeing some of my posts where I use it in recipes and their asking what it is. Thanks for creating the 101 on it.

I use it primarily as a Parmesan substitute, though I blend 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast wit 1/2 cup of walnuts (or cashews) in  a food  processor.  I just pulse it until the texture looks right.

Hi Dani! I'm not vegan or even vegetarian for that matter, but I LOVE nutritional yeast and I've always used it on my popcorn 💜

THANK YOU, for explaining this. As a 30+ year vegetarian, I suddenly began hearing about this Nutritional Yeast in EVERY vegetarian, vegan recipe lately.
but none of these folks were explaining it especially considering that active yeast is generally considered something to be avoided due to Candida and inflammatory conditions.

I am also new to nutrional yeast and Just made vegan mac n cheese;) it was soo good and really easy to make. all i had to do was boil/drain the pasta and then blend spices, "nooch", water, and almondmilk together and add it to the pasta. threw in some sauteed brocolli and came out alot more creamier than expected.

One of my all time favorite breakfasts is mashed avocado on two pieces of toast, with nutritional yeast and a little salt sprinkled on top!! Sometimes I add salsa, or even hot sauce too! I love this stuff!

I make a cheese mix with nutritional yeast and cashews. 1/2 cup cashews and 2 tbsp yeast and grind together in a coffee mill. I like to top any dish that calls for cheese.

Love nutritional yeast! I use it with tofu as a "ricotta cheese" for vegan lasagna :)

I mix with a bit of coconut oil and spread on kale to bake into kale chips - it gives the kale chips a nacho cheese/dorito type taste - delish!

I ALWAYS finish my soups with NY - it adds a layer of flavor - I always try the soup first and every time end up adding the NY and it's always always better! Popcorn: NY s/p and a dash of cumin, I toss it first in a bit of coconut oil.

I love nutritional yeast, but I am not a vegetarian-I sprinkle it on cottage cheese-very tasty! I also sprinkle it on hot buttered veggies, rice and pasta!
