"Foods Alive" brand is the best because it does *not* have synthetic B-12.

The package pictured in this video with the "ingredients" is Foods Alive. I recognize it.

If you want to supplement with B-12, take Perque's. It's hydroxycobalamin, and it's very absorbable.

SUPERFOODEVOLUTION, I have been told to only take 1 Tablespoon daily of Unfortified Nutritional Yeast because of the side effects like IBS, digestive issues, headaches, increase raising blood pressure. If you take more than 1 Tablespoon daily to much Nutritional Yeast is can cause these problems?
