October 6...I got behind because I only do these twice a week and the elliptical 3 days a week. I love your workouts and I can feel the burn. I can now life my legs higher than on Day 1

Day 5 completed ✔️ 9.25.24 catching up . Did Day 7 earlier today, rested then this one. Thanks and 🙏🏽Matt 6:33. The high knees I love …Them 🪵 choppers ( not so much) 😂. Getting a lil better with em.

Thy for ur prayer before hand motivated me

I USE MY KETTLEBELL WHEN I DO THE WOODCHOPPER EXERCISE, I FEEL IT IN MY BACK, ARMS, AND STOMACH. I LOVE THAT EXERCISE

Hi, I love this man workout ❤❤ but can anyone tell me is this consider as full body workout or cardio maybe coz I can't do cardio more if I did mine too

Whew! Day 5! I was actually looking forward to this..11, 456 steps in —but it is 9:39 AM so lots of time left. Funny I was able to do things easier! So excited with my progress 🩷. I have always been on the thin side with a straight up-and-down figure. This morning I noticed I HAVE A WAIST!!! Whaaat? My jeans need a belt😍so loving this challenge. Bless you.🩷
(i’m so happy I’ll even forgive you for the seven reps of high knees!😳)
