In this video, Sheila explains how to perform the Underwater Drill. A few of the workouts in Swim Speed Workouts ask swimmers to swim the length of a 25-meter pool underwater so that they improve lung capacity, diaphragm strength, and improve their feel for the water. Don't perform this drill if you are likely to get light-headed. It's okay to pop up for air if needed.
