Almost fell out of bed this morning when I 1st saw this ❤❤❤

I saw it today at a local AD and compared it to the current sapphire sandwich moonwatch. Stunning. However, the one thing I noticed right away was that the moonwatch is lot more legible. At some angles the fois hour and minute hand were not legible and the subdial hands were hardly legible at most angles. This FOIS looks more premium though. I still prefer if it had the exhibition case back. I might still get it though at some point. I currently own the 57 speedmaster with blue dial that I purchased a year ago.

I’ve spent the last 6 months feeling very smug with myself as I bought a one of the very last NOS previous versions of the FOIS from the Oxford Street Omega store in February. Not feeling so smug now, this one’s a stunner, got everything I wish the previous version had. Agree 100% Oisin, this is THE perfect Speedy 😮‍💨

It's a 40 but its the same size as a pro. The pro only measures at 42 because of the crown guards. In practice they wear the exact same size.

I still have my fathers "63" version, we have all the original packaging and docs etc, and I still wear it on special occasions, so I am a bit biased, the new one looks great, more refined yes, but I will keep the one I have, thank you very much.
