Still have my Seamaster 300M in this look (minus the Milanese bracelet) that I bought new in 2001. It’s been lovingly cared for and still works great, having only been serviced once just a few years ago. I do somewhat like the newer numbering on the bezel of the new 300M models in recent years over mine, but mine still has a nice classic look too.

For a true Bond aficionado the 60th anniversary one is perfect. It’s the classic blue dial every new actor wears since Omega started sponsoring and the case back is a great homage. With that said I prefer the NTTD version as I love the brown and gold hints, thinner case and the fact it’s all titanium. Truly a perfect Omega in every aspect except the price. 😅

I love how the Bond 60th has an aluminium bezel insert instead of ceramic plus the often overlooked feature of the lollypop seconds hand has the ball at the tip of the hand. It slightly overhangs the seconds track markers and when viewed from above looks like a roulette wheel in play with the ball spinning around the wheel. Once you see that you will know what I mean. This is a hidden nod to the first Bond film Casino Royale.

My Bond from 1998 (2541.80) is 11mm think, classic, beautiful and 4 times cheaper. Highly recommended

NTTD any day of the week. It became one of my favourite watches in my collection. Never really liked the busy wave dial and horrible date on the standard SMP’s but when I got my hands on a NTTD it had to come home with me.

Omega should definitely offer that in a smaller case. Prince William of Wales' Seamaster for instance is fantastic.
