I’d much rather have in-depth, informative, engaging, and useful uploads every month than repeated garbage every day. Thank you so much for actually being a good content creator, Sero.

Last act I jumped up from Silver 3 to Ascendant 2. I can confirm that this video is exactly what people need to hear in order to help them rank up.

I'm immortal 2, and this is by far the most practical (actually no bs), well-made, and applicable for every rank guide I've seen so far. Great video m8

Summary of the video:
Gamesense + Mechanics
-Positioning and Strafing
-Gamesense between 0.25-0.40 800DPI
-Bunnyhop and silent bunnyhop up ramps (hold shift while bunny hopping)
-Silent jump (while crouching u jump and as soon as u jumped u let go of crouch)
-If u have a small mousepad get a bigger one
-Think why you died and think how to improve
-Think strategies that ur team can play if it dosnt work then you know what works and what dosnt (trial and error)
-Always have a plan when ur taking a position, Look at the agents in the team and think of the ways they will push you, think what you will do when you will get flashed or tagged with a sova drone?
-Be ready to retake, when the enemy is 5 man pushing you go to ur team and retake with ur team (better chance of winning if u actually communicate with ur team), the most usless way of dying is solo on site.
-CROSSFIRE or peak of contact (2 teamates in different postions but looking at the same direction/angle)
-Angle perception (play a bit farther back whenever ur at a angle)
-Peaking and Unpeaking (never hold angles static, always A+D)
-Off Angles (enemy has less map control and do this if fewer enemys)
-Delay the Defuse (sova ult, viper lineups, brims ult, killjoy swampgernades, kayos gernade, etc)

Teamates:
-Team Callouts
-Team stratgies (not too complicated, dont just follow ur teamates brainl
-enemy info (enemy location, agent name, damage, ultimates, wepon, positions they do every round behavior like flanking every round)
-positivity (compliments, postive comments)

Mentality:
-Drop ur ego ("im the best in my rank i should be diamond, these teamates are so trash")
-Long Term improvement (try to focus on improving and not that much on winning)
-Learn from mistakes each round
--Actively think while playing dont think like an idiot or mindlessly play
-EVERY game is winnable (dont lose hope or throw the game just becuase ur losing or with bad teamates)
-Less games more wins (dont queue game after games when ur mad and on a losing streak, take a break or play the next day)
-Play when u feel like u would win

Daily Routine:
-30mins to warm up, practice in the range ur aim ur flicks etc for 5-10mins, 15-20mins playing deathmatches to practice aim and one taps
-Play 3-4 competitive matches every day

The point you made at 14:00 is so key. I’ve played a lot of comp as well and always soloq to top ranks. When you’re losing and you start cheering your team mates on, it makes such a massive difference. I have won so many games this way, a little bit of encouragement goes a looong way.

Hey Sero, just wanted to say thank you for all the tutorials that you are doing. You have helped me drastically change from having only L streaks to going on insane W streaks thank you for all your hard work that you are doing.

The part that has helped me the most so far is literally not queueing a thousand games a day!

Thank you!!!!

Got to GC2 in RL literally by queueing a few a day getting my mmr, and getting tf out of solo queue lol.

The chaos of Valorant had me totally forget this !!

I find that most people tell new players “you just have to keep queuing ranked games for more experience” or, just play as many games as you can you’ll get better.

I feel like that’s an easy way to get burnt out and not enjoy because it’s easy to get a toxic match here and there.

Thanks again! Lol

I’m really glad we got another upload from you! Your content has really been helping me out, and I am improving! Even if my rank doesn’t fully reflect it at the moment, all I need to do is keep developing my muscle memory and keep learning, so thank you for all these guides and video sero!

I just watched this video, got motivated, when on my pc and played an hour of death match. I only aimed for the head and used the tips you gave. After that I loaded into a comp game and went 19 kills with five deaths while I usually barely stay positive. All I can say is thanks

Thank you so much for this video. I watched it awhile ago and slowly started to implement a lot of what was said into my gameplay, and because of it I ranked up from bronze to diamond. This video just got recommended to me again so I watched it again, and I’m now going to implement the rest of the concepts into my game!

I am 4 minutes into the video and it is already the most informative, in-depth, and motivational video I’ve EVER seen on ranking up and getting better. I am not really playing Valorant to rank up, but after this video, I want to get to Radiant by improving my weakest link. I will sure enjoy the rest pf the video. Amazing job.💪🏻❤️

Your instructions are one of the clearest and easiest to follow. When you do summaries of what i have learned in the video you make it so its not so many steps. I focus on the few steps you told me to focus on and it makes easier in the long run instead of hearing different tips for every content creator in the whole world. Thanks for being so spesific and clear and just keep it up man.

After this video I hopped into the range and started practicing a little bit, after that I joined a few deathmatches and in the beginning it was hard to shake the idea that I'm there to practice, not win.

But after my first game, I changed my mentality to not try too hard, and just focus on practicing my weakness. After that, I won the second deathmatch without even trying.

My mentality also immediately changed too. I usually get very upset or mad when I'm getting killed repeatedly or losing, but after watching this video I'm not as upset anymore, I don't get too mad because I'm reminding myself that it's just practice, it's just for fun.

Thank you for this video Sero.

All i can say is thanks for making this video.
I've been on a winning streak for a wbit now but that doesn't last forever. Having this video to come back to when i'm feeling down is going to be a game changer.

Just wanted to say how thankful i am for someone to actually come out and give good advice, it really shows how much you care about the community and the people watching your videos.

If you want things to change, then be the change.
