he didnt triple rank, when ur radiant and you dont play the game for a long time ur gonna loose your rank and get placed immo 1 but you'll still have ur Radiant rr so when you're gonna play a game you'll be place at the rank who matches your rr

if you are immortal + and don’t play for over a week they auto reset you to “immortal 1” but you still have all the RR

it's just a rank mechanic bro, when you don't play for a while the game will derank you back to immortal and after a game they will put you back
