I love the way that you think backed by knowledge. I have significant tears in my shoulder and was told that I need a graft augmentation but I seriously don’t want surgery. I’m working so hard to heal but I’m constantly told that it’s not possible. Every physical therapist are NOT the same so unfortunately I became discouraged. But I’m not giving up! Thanks so much for all that you do. I watch you often.

Blows my mind ever time my kid is just squatting like 1/8" from the ground

So if my “squat” only takes me a quarter of that way down, and if I feel it, then I’m good? Then it’s working for me?
