1. The relationship between Morality / Ethics and Law
i. Some actions that are illegal may not be unethical.
ii. Some actions that are unethical may not be illegal.
iii. Laws can be unethical or immoral.
iv. Use different kinds of mechanisms to express, teach, inculcate, and enforce laws and ethics.
v. Use of different coercive measures to enforce laws and ethics.
2. The Importance/Goal of Moral and Citizenship Education
i. The need to instil citizens about their rights and duties
ii. The Need for Participant Political Culture
iii. The Need for Relevant Knowledge, Skills and Positive Attitudes
iv. The issue of fostering intercultural societies
v. The issue of inclusiveness
