I added some blue cheese too:( better cold; take heed, but a good go to recipe if time is not an issue and lots of leftovers in the fridge-->definitively try it. thx for the idea and effort, the both of you(heart)

Mash the potatoes very well first. If you don't once you put in the chunks of bacon you'll have pieces of potato falling off as they did here. Still, a really good idea.
