That's because (ironically) one of the core ideas in roman religion is the Pax Deorum. And by being at peace with the Gods, they mean ALL the Gods, not just their own.

Roman mythology is not a "ripoff" of Greek. There was some borrowing, and the other similarities are because they ultimately descended from a common ancient origin.

That was a very interesting video. I also used to think that Roman gods were just Greek gods in the witness protection program.

I'm glad someone finally did a video on Roman Paganism! I always wanted to learn about this specific tradition, but most people either overlook it or flat out slander it!

If you get a chance, visit the Temple of Mithras in London.

What other channels and resources can I go to to integrate myself more with the modern Roman pagan community?

Do you intend to make a video about Egyptian paganism?

I've found myself frequently window shopping cultist decorations and clothing lately 😂😆
Great timing. Dryads and nymphs are always integral to all faith practices ultimately. Even Grecian demonism is obviously just a musing made manifest

Can you worship both Greek and Roman gods? Greco-Roman pagan?

Howcome the Romans such as Pliny the Elder also referred to the Druids as "Magi" at one point if it was just a Persian thing though?

Re: Christianity as a continuation of the Bacchic religion, I'd say yes if we are talking about Orphic Bacchic religion, typically called Orphism, which was more "right hand path" in your usage here of the term; more stayed and less ecstatic. Deus = Zeus, Deus Piter, Jupiter as the father, Mary = Semele, meaning "earth"which is changeable and therefore "mortal" like Mary, and Jesus = Dionysus, who was called The True Vine and the Logos centuries before Jesus, who died and was reborn and whose followers drank wine and ate bread representing him with the purpose of joining themselves to him to be reborn with him, all CENTURIES before Christianity.

I'm loving that white outfit, you look pretty cute in it. I had to watch it on 0.75x though.
SPQR guys are probably swarming on this. I really like Roman pagan as the mystic background for Roman Catholic, and it is still there, it's just that they don't tap on it. Eleusian mysteries are quite complex, all of that is pretty chaotic and dope. Helios/Apollo ruled for quite long there tbh. The reason why their paganism had a downfall is because the empire allowed many cults to exist in order to build a huge civilization within, but the problem was the unruly secret societies and their own motives... reason why they decided to unite their people on a single temple, which bring us to the Edict of Milan and all that things that started Christians...
