THE ARK takes place 100 years in the future when planetary colonization missions have begun as a necessity to help secure the survival of the human race. The first of these missions on a spacecraft known as Ark One encounters a catastrophic event causing massive destruction and loss of life. With more than a year left to go before reaching their target planet, a lack of life-sustaining supplies and loss of leadership, the remaining crew must become the best versions of themselves to stay on course and survive.

The series caught my attention. Despite many shortcomings - there is something in it that does not allow you to refuse to watch. But although season 2 is not over yet, I watch with sadness and understand that these remnants of humanity have no future... Although out of billions only a few hundred remain, although the Earth perished - they continue to divide themselves into eastern and western...🤕

So it’s basically Star Trek but cheaper looking and a ton of feminism. Actually Star Trek has done a ton of feminism lately too so yea it’s just cheaper Star Trek… who knows though maybe it has good stories. Lately trek has had mediocre tv shows like Picard and the one with the black female captain whatever that’s called who cares lol.
