Xbox Series X Can Play Dreamcast, Sega Saturn, Naomi & Atomiswave Games!

In this video we take look at RetroArch running on the all new Xbox Series X and when it comes to Dreamcast emulation on the Xbox Series X is really perform very well! We can also emulate Sega Saturn using Yabuse and Naomi and Atomiswave using the Flycast Core!

So there are a few differs methods you can use to get this up and running in DEV mode or Retai and ive tested both but personally prefer Dev mode.
Its just amazing to see the Xbox Series X and Series S running Gamecube PS2 PS1 and N64 Games not to methionine PSP at 10x resolution it truly is amazing and this is just the beginning of emulation on the new Xbox!

This brings me joy as the OG Xbox made me fall in love with emulation on consoles and Xbox in general. I love how Microsoft allows this as it's a genius way to discourage anyone working on a hack to enable piracy. They also have fantastic security so it's unlikely to begin with but allowing homebrew via dev mode is a perfect way to deter jailbreaks (that always mean piracy).

This makes me miss my old dreamcast ntscu version one that was capable of reading burned games. Also my first dabble in emulation can't wait until we get this type of power in a smaller form factor with this near flawless emulation.

Soulcalibur still looks pretty good after all these years. Sega did such a great job with the Dreamcast. It’s a shame that it didn’t do very well; it was such a great system. Thanks for creating this video!

I was able to get the music working in Panzer Dragoon by loading the cue instead of the bin.

Yikes. This thing is a beast. I’ve been researching in the last couple of months to build a small form factor PC that can emulate DC & PS3 in 4K. I don’t think it can be done for $500. I might end up buying one of these babies when they become readily available. 🤭
