U cant really use it properly but it has a hell of alot of power if u know how

You have to pay to create a developer account with Microsoft and then register your console on your account as a development unit. You will then get the devmode activation program which allows you to put your Xbox in devmode to run unsigned code. When you are done it gives you the option to go back to retail mode where you can play regular games and online. That button combo dev menu is different it’s cap for running unsigned code
