You went about talking very smoothly in a hard workout. Very well flowed. I thoroughly enjoyed the reps since you took time to get us accustomed to it being flowing. I liked that aspect. I did this on my rest day. My training is going very gruelling so strength workouts derail me due to DOMS quite a bit. I needed something to loosen up the muscles at the same time keep up a little strength work. Thank you so much! Keep going!

Today im celebrating being able to compete the full lower leg portion of this flow on each side! Multiple weeks of working the practice in. Heck yeah!

Here i have it, a good flow with strenght without it being too intense to keep fit that i can practice on recovery days

Thanks for the video! Found the first flow very difficult and didn't finish so I'll be back again to see if I can get through it as I get stronger. Loved the other two parts!

I absolutely loved this flow! I just got back into running yesterday, and man am I feeling it! Incorporating this type of workout often, is what I missed when I ran in the past.
