This week lets talk delts! I have always said that one of the most effective methods for forcing muscles into new growth is unilateral training (or working on side of the body at a time). By lifting with one arm or leg you will increase "neural drive," push more fibers to fire, and help to balance out side to side strength imbalances. Nice an clear an straight to it. Thank you. I did find holding the door frame, a flinch in my back, so I did it free standing instead, and found my core an muscles engaged more. Is this ok? Is it a each to their own type of thing?
