Pumping is so stressful and time consuming!! Sorry if this is unwanted info but Try a different flange size (nurse was completely wrong with my sizing and I can give more info if you like). Also try a manual dr Brown pump on one once let down kicks in to see if it helps as you can hold a squeeze during "letdown" so it can be fast extraction. Also Pretty much did pump almost exclusively for a year due to issues but sometimes had to supplement with a little formula, organic grass fed Kendamil is sold online on target (didn't want to use but felt comfy with that brand). Lots of other issues popped up like duct blockage and can go into more detail if you like on getting more milk... it was a struggle especially when traveling so really feel for you...

Pumping never worked out well for me... but I had no problem nursing.
