Easter Ham Burnt Ends or Ham Candy

Cube up a ham so that you have 1 1/2 to 2” cubes of ham. Leave the fat and skin or at least I did.

Season the cubed meat with Avocado Oil (only a binder) Chili Powder, Hey Grill Hey Ham Seasoning, and then load on the smoker for 90 minutes at 250°

Then remove ham and add butter and Chef Tim Clowers BBQ sauce and mix well. Butter will melt and then screwed ham and stack in a disposable aluminum pan and cover. Smoke another 90 minutes covered at 250° and then uncover for 30 minutes

Cool for 5 minutes and then it’s ready to serve.
