I thought my pc nvidia did it all when i set the graphics to uhd 4:4:4 30p coz 60p does not support 4:4:4 chroma only 4:2:0 and indeed in my Samsung it shows HDR in info. But I will tomorrow on my x4500h this settings and see the difference. Thanks man did not see this option

I have the x6500 for almost a year now. I'm running all 11.2 channels. Question for you, the left and right surrounds (just those 2) do not work when watching regular tv, all other speakers work fine. Here's what really baffles me, they work when playing Netflix, blue ray, Amazon etc, I'm running the hopper from dish network and they even work on dvr and on demand but just not regular tv. Do you think it's the denon internals? Really weird.

I have tried the same steps but don’t get Dolby vision to work on 4K Apple TV nor get HDR on play station. Ive got Sony X8500G . Using a 8k 48 Gbps cable for eARC and Apple TV

Reaching out Techno man. I currently have a Denon AVR 4500 I’m having a issue and not sure how to fix the problem or if it’s a bug with the AVR 4500. My problem is that the AVR will turn on by itself, the receiver will just randomly turn itself on. No visible picture or audio the receiver just on. This may happen at any given time, when I’m at work, sleeping, in another room. Please advise

i tried all these steps on my 2018 LG oled playing thru xbox one s to denon x3400 but still it says it doesn't support hdr10. i connected directly frm xbox to lg & still it doesnt show in hdr? what am i missing? cable is the supplied one with xbox one s.
