Edit: For those who dont have a good cpu cooler, I reccomend You shouldnt put idle processor to 5000. This increases heat (as stix says) and It'd be bad if you're cooler cant handle it <3

guys when its not helping you, then u got the lowest latency and low ms, or its ur specs from your pc or mouse any keyboard

All bot comments or mindless kids. These changes you made you can already do it in Windows, no need for whatever program that is. Also turning your power plan to "maximum performance" will waste heat and electricity, setting it to "Balanced" or even "Power saver" is fine because if you play games Windows will boost your CPU clock to high anyway.

If you really want to improve performance, set Windows appearance to "Adjust for best performance". This will disable all animations and shadows for mouse and icons. It also makes Windows faster too.
