Another fun fact, the Playstation logo and the license text is from the game and not the console. In fact, the license text is different based on region and some homebrew games and pirate release groups would change that text. The Logo would also be changed by some pirate release groups as well.

I knew it wasnt 2D back when I was younger. You could tell it was an S laying down behind the P and it's even in different colours as well to make sure you can tell the difference.

What confuses me more is the the logo itself looks like it’s from an angle where the P and the S aren’t shown to be even with each other, like the P looks like it’s too far to the right and crooked

I knew that the logo was a P and an S, but I didn’t noticed it until I got older. I always figured it was a 3D model being that it always looked 3D to me.
