4 years later... still listening to it. This song is a little gem, the core of your marble machine video. The main riff gets you and keeps you stitched the moment you hear it, especially for the first time. This piano version has much more deep tones of course and it's amazing. You nailed it.

Makes me think of a rose who has just blossomed into the world and grows up seeing bad things. The rose is heavily influenced and its beauty slowly deteriorates. The rose is happy because it knew that it was the one pure thing in the world. Thinking about this while listening to the song almost brought tears to my eyes

This song is magical! It took me forever to learn. I didn't think it was humanly possible to pay section 2, but I eventually got it. I play this song every day. I'm afraid I'll lose it if I don't. LOL Each time I play it, section 2 feels like magic to play and to hear. The room swirls with sound.

In tears. So beautiful. Reminds me of growing up with an old upright in the basement just slightly out of tune, a sound one can never forget, and no synthesizer can really recreate that experience, the smell of the wood, the hammers hitting the chords in front of you, caressing the old, chipped ivory of the keys. Ahhh, accoustic lives on!
