Thyroid function is greatly impaired when stress levels are high. 💢 Sarvangasana is restorative and helps in reducing stress. 😌

Halasana (“Plow Pose”) is practiced after Sarvangasana to generate gentle pressure on the throat area. This releases trapped tension from the neck and shoulders, which supports thyroid functioning. ✨
