Need a simple appetizer for a party? These cauliflower wings are the perfect crowd pleasing recipe that are easy to make, soft and tender on the inside and crispy on the outside and with full of flavor.

Baking time: 40 mins

Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
3/4 cup Plain flour / All-Purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground paprika or 1/4 tsp Chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup Buttermilk* OR Vegan Buttermilk
2 tablespoons Unsalted Melted Butter
1/3 cup Buffalo wild wings "Thai curry Sauce" (Store bought) OR Buffalo sauce
Instant Buttermilk preparation - Take 2 teaspoons of white vinegar in a bowl and fill 3/4 cup of milk, stir and rest for 5 minutes
For Vegan Buttermilk - In a bowl take 3/4 cup of any nut milk, add 2 tsp vinegar. Stir well and allow to rest for 5 mins.
