Really enjoy the targeted stretching for jump rope tightness! More of these please! Something cool you could add in with your seated hamstring stretch is using your jump rope (looped around the bottom of your feet) and pull yourself deeper into the stretch keeping back flat.
Love it!

You dudes have cured my calves, heal and alkalis! Not completly because this soreness is now apart of my everyday life BUT its 75% less pain! Oh and ice packs help as well!

Hey, lost 1kg in 2 weeks, the 1st week was like hell, I didnt even know how to jump rope ahah now I started doing 30 min jump rope in the morning.. small steps, big jumps!! You guys are great!

Thanks Brandon! I was doing your previous Yoga jump rope stretch video but I'm glad you've made another one! I just recently started jump roping again since I stopped last year in August. My whole body is sore so this will be great while I'm recovering right now!
