We are starting with monthly challenges again !!
and this month's challenge is a 14 Jumprope challenge.
I'll be posting different fitness videos everyday to help you guys get fit and strong.

Rule & Regulations
1. No rules, just enjoy the challenge. But make sure you do it from Day 1 and not skip any rules
2. Walk for 7k-10k steps Daily
3. Be in a calorie Deficit
4. You can tag me @yogasini and use the #yogasinifitness on Instagram to show me your progress . I will definitely put them in my stories to inspire more people .

This Was Good . I Really Needed This . Feeling Good . I also Burned 100 Calories Same Has U . Really Loved It And See U On Day 8 . Done 1000 reps . Was able to do it easily .
