I have added as an admin, but not able to open the schedule refresh part to setup the gateway.
Can you tell please what is missing here?

Great Video. Just a comment - Users without a Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license can access a workspace if the workspace is in a Power BI Premium capacity, but only if they have the Viewer role.
