Best Practice Recommendations For Setting Up Power BI Workspaces - Deployment Tips

For today’s video, I’m going to share some best practices on how I think is the best way to setup your Power BI Workspaces. What I found from conversations within the community is that there is still a lot of confusion on how to create and govern these workspaces, which we can hopefully address in this video.

so the "app" is a "bucket" for related reports. all marketing related reports can be dropped in the "marketing" app allowing for some organization..? thx!

Great content - Quick question : If an executive would like to see all KPI from across business areas(Marketing, Finance, Customer, HR) into one dashboard ? I know, App won't work across workspace. I know, Data model works well with star schema only. I know, dashboard in Power BI is very minimalistic with features for an executive to look it appealing and intuitive. As no interactions on dashboard in Power BI. So, what is the best practices there ?

I am cleaning workspace and moving similar reports to ows workspaces. If I copy one report to another workspace I cannot see its dataset in the new one? Can I remove the old report and new one still works, it seems I cannot copy the dataset?
