Wow. I was thinking what can I cook for my wife and daughter tonight. I think this is it.

Update: I made it and we all loved it. Keeping this one in the rotation.

I made this for my husband last night, it was incredible!! Definitely do the foil on top for the first part of baking, it makes all the difference. I did 20 minutes covered at 350° then 10 minutes uncovered.
